Lína Björk Ingólfsdóttir is borned 1962 in Akureyri, she has lived in Dalvík since 1995 with her husband and 4 children. She studied clay-art by Steinunni Marteinsdóttur at Hulduhólum in Mosfellsbæ the year 1994 and at Glit hf. aswell one year later. She has allso been a part of handcraft show at Hrafnagil Eyjafjarðarsveit five times.She has allso taken part of other handcraft shows, like every spring we have one in Dalvik we call the Lions handcraft show. In 2004 she made out door sculptur with children in the kindergarten Fagrihvammur here in Dalvík.  We made houses and people of clay and rokcs. This idea came from the head master of the kindergarten, Helgu Árnadóttur.

Lína has allso taken course in how to run handcraft-shops, handcraft show in Ketilhúsinu Akureyri 2002 She have been running her own gallery since the year 2001 Dóttir Skraddarans, which means the daugther of the tailor but her father was a tailor. The gallery is at Skíðabraut 4 Dalvík.

Every second weekend in august we have here in Dalvík what we call „ the great fish day“ when the fish factories in Dalvík gives every people who comes to the harbour area griled fish to eat and its totally free! Then of course Dóttir skraddarans is open, and this year about 500 people came in to the shop but total visitors to Dalvík this weekend were about 30.000!!! Last year at the christmas time she had christmas clay-art show in Dóttir skraddarans.

Every year in Iceland we have what we call Íslandsmót í hestaíþróttum which is a competision in the horse sport. This year 2007 it was in Dalvík at the sport ground in Hringsholt, Dalvík. Lína made all the trophy 100 peases. They were made of clay, iron and glass. This project was a teamwork by three artist, Jóhannes Hafsteinsson who made the iron part, Sigga og Bjössi made the glass part and Lína made the clay part.
